I have been watching the plan to get rid of all trade agreements and, basically, shut down trade. I had thought that they would have fixed the tax code that, basically, pays company costs to move to China, or anyplace else. This is a known thing and BOTH parties have protected this, thereby making moving jobs easier. There are a couple of other things gov also does to facilitate this.

Its also true that our trade agreements, including nafta, have been good for our economy and has increased the number of jobs. I guess my point is when the Trump administration, and the Replublicans, start getting rid of our trade agreements one can only wonder how many are going to lose their jobs and how many companies dependent on trade will be shuttering their doors.

30% of our gdp is dependent on our exports. Over 41 million jobs are dependent on exports. We sell over 1.7 trillion dollars worth of stuff annually.

My main problem is that The Loon could take down the entire economy with a few well placed tirades.
