I think it should be obvious to everybody that he either really believes all these things he imagines or he can't help himself with the compulsion to confabulate. This has to represent some sort of brain pathology, either way. He needs a good medical workup, including psychiatric evaluation, to find out what is wrong with him.

Maybe it's something as simple as an adverse reaction to his Propecia. Bald Rational Trump might be a lot better than Hirsute Delusional Trump.

We already know. His father Fred died of Alzheimers. It's genetic. Even CONservative blog Red State says the same thing.

Here are the 78 terrorist attacks the White House says were largely underreported. Now we once a again get treated to White House staff trying to create 'facts' to support the President's factless assertions. I invite you to peruse the list, most of which were widely covered, and many of which had nothing to do with terrorism.

As the list clearly shows, in the US and in most of the world, terrorism is just a small part of the violence. The numbers for domestic violence, according to CDC (USA) are as follows: 2 million injuries and 1,300 deaths are caused each year as a result of domestic violence. Criminal violence claims many more lives, but terror attacks attacks ratings which, in turn, generates ad revenue.

Also, not sure that the WH wants to use this list tomorrow for their rebuttal to the 9th Circuit court - because it will look like a Muslim ban then.

In the meantime, over 100,000 have died due to big-pharama opiate addiction who are mostly red staters. Shall we take the VISAs away from big-pharma CEOs?
