Georgia's governor's office and the state highway safety agencies, together with law enforcement, are racking up huge numbers of DUI arrests, some of them on people who have never had a drink or taken an illegal drug. But the credibility of their charges hinges on one thing and one thing only, the OPINION of the arresting officers, who see themselves as "experts".
Only one problem, all too often the lives that they are destroying are innocent, and no one is held accountable.

A year or two ago I heard about some southwestern state with police who would stop people (vacationers, others with out-of-state tags) and take their cash, claiming that the cash was proof that they were on their way to a drug deal.
And now this?
This guy is a good guy with a gun?
