Mom says she and 'giggling' son with special needs were asked to leave movie theater for 'disruptive behavior'Yahoo Lifestyle April 15, 2019 An Illinois mother was in tears after she was kicked out of a movie theater following complaints that her disabled son was making too much noise.
Jennifer Daly posted on Facebook after taking her two sons to see Dumbo Friday night at AMC Lake in the Hills in a suburb of Chicago.
One of her sons, Jonathan, has a rare form of dwarfism and Daly said it is a struggle to get him out for an excursion...
The mother said that, during the film, her 3-year-old son giggled twice “no longer than 20 seconds each.” But about 10 minutes later, a staff member told her somebody had complained about a crying baby.
“I looked at her and said he did not cry, he giggled twice,” the shocked mother wrote. “I was told I immediately have to pack up to leave.” ... More, with video clipOK. Who's side are you on?

If that is exactly what happened; some people need to get a life. I'm on the kids side.

If that is exactly what happened ... But is it what happend? Did the kid really giggle twice (each or both times combined) for 20 seconds? I have my doubts as to the mother's veracity. Why can't people enjoy their outings without having them be disrupted by noisy kids? And why can't the parents of those kids understand this?

Why can't people enjoy their outings without having them be disrupted by noisy kids? And why would noisy kids at a kids movie be considered disruptive? As far as I'm concerned noisy kids are never a disruption, they are the sound of life, the sound of joy, and the sound of our future! Whether that child is giggling and gurgling or screaming its little lungs out it always brings a smile to my face and a bit of sympathy for the poor mother you know wishes she could shut the child up. Whether the woman is a liar or not is not a call I'd be willing to make. But the asshat that got them kicked out is undoubtedly an asshat regardless of the circumstances.

Why can't people enjoy their outings without having them be disrupted by noisy kids? At an adult movie, yes. I'm with you all the way. Such movies, fancy restaurants, and such are not a place to bring a screaming baby. A showing of Dumbo? McDonalds? Chucky Cheese? Come on, these are specifically designed for kids.
