Massive gaslighting: Like when your wife catches you in your marriage bed humping another woman, and you just send the woman off and then insist it never happened.

Bevin won't concede, says there are election irregularities. Kentucky GOP: Republicans urge Bevin to provide proof of election fraud or ‘let it go’ and concede.

Bevin is a Trump-loving sycophant and he's giving us a preview of how things will go down if Trump does not win re-election in November 2020. Hmm

Tonight on PBS Newshour, syndicated columnist Mark Shields and New York Times columnist David Brooks joined Judy Woodruff to discuss the Kentucky Governor's race, one topic of several other topics.

What they mentioned about the Kentucky race is something I had not considered.

They stated that the winner, Andy Beshear ran on guaranteeing the Affordable Care Act with the expansion of Medicaid/Medicare for all - and this won in a red state.

Things that make you go...huh. Hmm , smile

2016 West Virginia Democratic primary

It’s a real head scratcher all right, Rick.

What exactly has the 2016 West Virginia primaries got to do with Kentucky's recent Democratic wins? That's the only head scratcher I'm seeing here.

Welp, on the surface, it appears that WV Dem primary voters went for Bern in 2016 because of health care? But this paragraph from your link suggests otherwise:

Quote:
Analysts speculate Sanders's win in West Virginia came not from support for his own coal policies, but from a rejection of the Obama administration's. Sanders was also helped by large numbers of Republican cross-over voters. Thirty-nine percent of Sanders voters stated they planned to vote for Donald Trump over Sanders in the November general election.

My take-away is that 39% of the votes for Bernie were disingenuous and was setting-up the Dems for failure against Donald Trump who these 39% really wanted to be President - these 39% were gaming the system by fake-voting for Bernie and hoping to choose the Dem in the general to run against Trump. Typical of rightwing shenanigans if you ask me.

Hmm

People of all political stripes want better healthcare. If I'm not mistaken Kentucky had an excellent program until Bevin was elected and systematically dismantled it. This may well have been the reason he wasn't re-elected.

Pretty sure that Kentucky never had a good healthcare system and they saw Bevin as standing in their way of having one. Hmm

As I recall, ALL Republican run state governments rejected the expansion of medicare and to form state exchanges back in the day when ACA passed.

When evidence bucks the mainstream political narrative it’s a real head scratcher for some. What could it mean?

Oh wait....

:Hmm”

Yeah, 39% of West Virginian Bernie voters crept out behind the barn to game it for Trump. Sure. Makes sense
