Seems Fox News is worried about how they first covered coronavirus. This humors me and I was wondering when somebody would figure out that while the president can't be sued as long as he is president Fox News can be. They went along with jackass Trumps initial treatment of the virus, ie. "noth'in here". Now the governor of Louisiana says that he believed Trump (and Fox) for their initial thoughts on how Coronavirus was a nothing and should be ignored. That is, he said, why he never called off the Madri Gras.

Here are some links (I googled "suite against fox news for coronavirus"):
https://www.dailykos.com/stories/2020/3/...onavirus-threat
https://www.salon.com/2020/03/30/fox-new...overage-report/
https://www.complex.com/life/2020/03/fox...ovid-19-reports
https://www.mediamatters.org/fox-news/fo...out-coronavirus

I think their defense will probably boil down to; "Why would ANYBODY believe a thing that President Trump or Fox News Said?

Fox News should be worried about spreading lies. Their lies should cost them a ton of money.

Seth Rich's parents are going after Fox News for their lies. smile

They had a suit like that several years ago and into court to state under oath that Fox News is an entertainment network, not a news network. Nobody made them run a "NOT NEWS: Entertainment Only" banner at the bottom of the screen 24/7. That was an obvious mistake.
