You are all probably right. I still think there are things others do that we should incorporate. The card they use, in Taiwan is one of those I like.

Incidentally, sometimes I find myself talking to somebody who is really angry about "socialism". I always amuse myself by saying; "Oh, you mean stuff like Police and Firemen, libraries, public school, you know, that sort of stuff". It tends to calm....... <G>

At some point, prosecution is necessary or else Presidents just keep on getting more abusive. Do we really want another President that's WORSE than Trump? That's just asking for assassinations, riots, insurrections, etc.

I think this may be the lowest point we want. Time to go back to being A Nation of Laws. For that to happen, we need to prosecute crime, no matter who does it. The Supreme Court is the ultimate arbiter of what's constitutional and what's not. They just affirmed: "No man is above the law, not even the President."

Well, yes, but also I think that we've gone far beyond what should ever have been possible.

I am absolutely convinced that he has broken laws whilst being president. If he should lose the election I fully expect him to be charged, tried and throwed into prison. Not because its Trump but because its the right thing to do! (its what you do to criminals)

I just read, however, that he only has two options; quit, or steal the election. I don't think he will quit, I do believe, if he can, he will try to steal the election. In about 4 months its gonna get REAL interesting!

The man is a criminal, what else would we expect? He has, as far as I can tell, been cheating, lying, and committing crimes for a very long time!

Presidential elections are pretty hard to steal in the usual sense. That's because every state holds it's own election, counts it's own ballots, and then picks it's own electors. All quite transparent. It does no good to try to change the counts, because it's obvious and easy to fix. About the only way to change the outcome, is to change the voter's minds. And that is fair game, not cheating.

Disenfranchising a million Florida ex-felons by refusing to recuse when ethical rules require it, is one way. I suspect such blatant ethical violations are going to result in judicial impeachments soon.
