I'd be willing to bet that the next papa will be far more conservative than Francis. Another nail in the coffin.

But Christianity is a dying religion right now, it's not just Catholicism, all of them are shrinking. Just like the political parties...dwindling.

Spiritual people have become independents too.

And paganism is growing by leaps and bounds! Blessed be! )O(

The internet is the new God. Social democracy is the new norm.

I am mildly fluent en el Espanol So speaking of which. Not witch. El Papa means The Pope. La papa means the potato. Or potatoe depending upon ones current VP.

Power was out half the night, heavy wet snow put some trees on the lines. It was wonderfully quiet and dark - I haven’t experienced that since I lived in the wilds of North Idaho.

If one is determined to worship being pagan might be the way to go. Gods depend of worshipers for existence. That being the case, and their current lack, numerically speaking, of worshipers would tend to make one think they might be at least a bit more likely to be nice to said worshipers?

Fatboy left hundreds of his supporters stranded in the freezing Omaha air last night after his little dog and pony show whinefest.

Come for the Covid, stay for the hypothermia.

That's funny, because a lot of those folks have not voted yet. Trump tells them to vote in-person, but then gives them Covid-19 or pneumonia a week before election day! I wonder how many Trump supporters will be too sick to go vote, and it's too late to mail in your ballot on election day.
