Correct. But anyone who wants to see only flaws can easily do so. So, too, everyone is free to dream up political fantasies about what can be accomplished if one just tried: Like enacting a vast program of change in the United States; or passing any bill without the Senate and the president’s signature. How that’s supposed to happen without Republicans getting things they want and not everything Democrats want is beyond my feeble imagination. Luckily there are those with much better imaginations than myself.

Not sure what your talking about Irked. Government has done plenty for the wealthy for decades. It’s surprising what the two factions have gotten done on their behalf.

The blue check rule no. 1: never allow for critique. Always blame an oppositional force for any lack of progress towards addressing major issues facing working Americans.

Failing that, rule no.2: shove out a minority, gay, veteran or a combination of all three to talk about tent sizes, arc bending and inherent greatnesses of the american people. Bask in the glow of their self satisfaction
