I noticed this photo on Huffpost's main page. A crane is lifting a border wall segment into place. Below the steel slates, we see rebar, presumably to go into a trench where they pour concrete. I wonder how far those footings go down? It looks like way less than most border tunnels in the San Diego area. Is this wall going to leak like a sieve?
Are smugglers already using the construction noise to provide cover for their tunneling sounds?
