Recovery act is sent to presidents desk with about 70% approval among Americans and not a single GQP vote.

Which party is pursuing a radical agenda again?

Biden is an abject failure at bipartisanship. Bringing the American people together in spite of his worthlessness is a sorry substitute...

Biden and Dems got a bill passed that 76% of Americans support, and didn't "fail" to get Republican support.

Republicans failed the American people.

THAT is the headline media needs to run. Hmm

Republican politicians did what their constituents wanted them to do and what their party wanted them to do and they could do it safely without risking their seats or donor dollars. They could vote against it with the assurance it would pass unless a Democrat voted against it.

THIS Republican voter disagrees with the GOP voting against the bill. I'm sure this guy is not the only GQP'er to feel this way. Hmm

The Oklahoma legislature just passed a bill to give people who run over protestors immunity from prosecution. But drivers looking to attack protestors with their cars (and there have been several) beware: Oklahoma is a permit-free legal concealed-carry state for those protestors 21 or over, and it's Stand Your Ground law gives people the right to defend themselves with deadly force if they feel threatened in a public place they have a right to be.

So both the drivers and the protestors can claim immunity. This is a recipe for disaster. In effect, they are legalizing public duels. People can "accidently" try to run over protestors with politics they don't like, and protestors can kill them when they see them coming.

Morons in the legislature, much?
