Congrats on the house. The Peninsula is very nice. My wife and I loved hiking in the national park. I remember the banana slugs freaked her out. She grew up in Kihei, Maui right on the beach, and was totally grossed out about stepping on the giant cane toads with bare feet in the dark. I suspect the slugs reminded her of that.

Congratulations to both of you on your housing adventures. Me, the whole buying/selling of houses gives me hives and heebie-jeebies; I’m a serious commitment-phobe. So I wish you well and will pop some champagne at your closings.

Who makes $350K? What couple make $350K together? Hmm

$119,760 in 1985 is worth $303,855.38 today.

What if he was retrofitted with Cruz control?

Still not enough
Hmm

THAT's what I'm saying...who can afford those houses? Nobody. Hmm

It's interesting that neither "Ted" Cruz nor Niki Hailey use their real fist name. "Ted" has the first name of Raphael and Niki uses her middle name as her first name is Nimratad.

I'll go out on a limb and surmise that neither use their real fist name because it would turn-off their base and both "Ted" and Niki know this.

Hmm

My best year ever (according to the annual Social Security update letter) was $40,242 back in 1988 - my best year since 2004 was $6,087 in 2007. But my wife and I own two houses, two business properties, and part of a farm, and have no debt. She's semi-retired, best income year was about $60,000 eight years ago - and if you're thinking it, nothing illegal. Go figger.

Think I'll write a book, "Majikal Money", and sell it on Youtube... been closely watching the My Pillow Guy for techniques, but when I practice in front of the mirror I throw up.

(Note: there is no way I could borrow enough money to buy a $350K house - I'm not sure I could borrow enough to buy a car!)

Alternate realities...

And now you know why Ted Cruz is such an insufferable a-hole.
