I might one day put some tomatoes in pots. They're a staple in my kitchen for the generous nutrients within them. I include them in pretty much every meal.

Tomatoes are a great source of potassium and vitamin C. Several beneficial forms of vitamin A are also present in tomatoes including lutein, zeaxanthin, and lycopene.

It's also hard to buy green tomatoes for frying.
