Drinking my coffee and reflecting on the state of humanity this early morning, and how rudderless civilization is when so many people have no regard (or insufficient regard) for the need of honesty, integrity, and ethics in public and personal interactions - and the immense frustration in seeing that those key character traits are the bedrock for curing virtually everything that ails us - I came across the interview linked above.

There is a calming effect of perspective, but not necessarily a hopeful one.
