Saw the results of a decent-sized Ivermectin trial the other day. They decided it showed some benefits but not significant, but unfortunately they under-dosed and under-treated. US doctors who are successfully treating patients with ivermectin are using up to 400 ug per kg body weight daily until the patient recovers, which often take 5 or 6 days. The trial used 200 ug per kg for two days. Sooner or later, somebody is going to run one of these using the best procedure and get some usable results. But that will probably happen after some drug company patents something similar that costs 1000 times as much.
